We are aiming to provide a benchmark domain to workshop participants and other researchers that wish to evaluate their techniques for dealing with hierarchy and memory. The domain will be a calamity response domain in which an ambulance has to rescue people in different locations. The ambulance team has to deal with partial information of road outages and rescue locations, provide the rescue workers with food, and make sure there is always gas in the tank.
